Job Summary:

IT Head Development

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Planning

Define and implement the software architecture roadmap aligned with business goals
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks (e.g., AI, DevOps, cloud-native)
Collaborate with directors and business heads on digital transformation initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers
Conduct regular code reviews, design reviews, and performance evaluations
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance

Project & Delivery Management

Oversee end-to-end SDLC for multiple parallel projects
Ensure timely delivery, agile execution, and adherence to quality and security standards
Manage vendor coordination, project budgeting, and risk assessments
