• Strengthen financial planning, revenue diversification & partnerships

• Build a high-performance culture among faculty & leadership

• Enhance student outcomes, global mobility & alumni engagement

• Represent the university with government, industry & media

• Enable infrastructure modernization & digital ecosystems (LMS, ERP)

• Lead crisis response and safeguard institutional reputation

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• Ph.D. & Full Professor with a strong research profile

• 15+ years of academic leadership & ideally 2 terms as VC

• Proven success in institutional governance & regulatory dealings

• Experience in reputed Universities (Medical College exposure preferred)

• Ethical leadership, data-driven decisions & stakeholder collaboration
