Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Product Knowledge & Support Learn about the companys veterinary product portfolio (composition, indications, dosage, benefits). Assist senior PMT members in preparing product training content and presentations. Support technical teams in responding to field queries from veterinarians and sales staff. 2. Marketing Assistance Help design promotional materials (brochures, visual aids, digital content). Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives. Participate in product launches and events as a support member. 3. Field and Market Exposure Accompany senior managers or field staff on veterinary hospital/farm visits. Observe and collect market insights about product usage, customer preferences, and competitor products. 4. Documentation & Reporting Assist in compiling technical data sheets, product comparisons, and competitor analysis reports. Maintain records of marketing activities, customer feedback, and sales trends. 5. Training & Development Undergo internal training on product management, regulatory compliance, and marketing skills. Participate in seminars, workshops, or webinars conducted by the company or industry bodies. Good communication and presentation ability Basic understanding of veterinary pharmacology Willingness to learn marketing and product management concepts Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Teamwork and adaptability Key Competency Required: Possess a degree in Animal Science/Veterinary Medicine or a related Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good leadership and proactive A team player with a positive mindset Integrity and good work ethics Honest, Hard Working. Growth Mindset Knowledge Required 0-2years of experience in Pharma Marketing. Relevant Experience in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals industry Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions. Relevant Experience in Strategic Marketing inputs & designing.
