📌 Hiring: Crewing Coordinator

📍 Location: Mumbai, India

We are looking for a Crewing Coordinator to support a crew management operations. The role involves handling seafarer onboarding, documentation, logistics, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant crew change processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate joining logistics with seafarers and verify all required documents.
• Prepare and process flag state documentation and joining formalities.
• Arrange pre-joining briefings and conduct debriefings for sea staff.
• Update crewing software, DG Portal, and Flag Portal; maintain crew personal files.
• Collect crew feedback and follow up on issues until resolved.
• Liaise with agents, vessels, and seafarers for smooth crew change operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for all crewing-related matters.
• Arrange hotel/guest house accommodation for joining officers when required.
• Ensure crew complete all pre-joining training and company procedure familiarization.
• Coordinate crew medicals (PEME) and visa processes.

🔹 Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or Science, with interest in the maritime industry.
• Age: 25–30 years.
• 2–3 years of experience in crew management preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new software tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Effective team player with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
