Job Description

Role Overview You will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of the Insurance business unit as a dynamic leader with deep experience in the insurance vertical. Your main responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, client engagement, and delivery excellence across P&C, Life, Annuities, and Health insurance segments. This strategic and hands-on role reports directly to the President, Global Sales. Key Responsibilities - Own the P&L for the Insurance business unit and define multi-year business development and growth strategies. - Drive top-line revenue growth through deep client engagement and strategic pursuits in the Insurance space. - Lead strategic account planning and establish long-term relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders. - Collaborate with delivery, domain, and cross-practice leaders to provide comprehensive value to clients. - Personally lead strategic pursuits and participate in executive-level discussions to influence client buying decisions. - Build and manage a high-performance sales team, set growth targets, and oversee performance reviews. - Develop and execute annual sales plans, training programs, and enablement strategies to grow insurance business pipeline. - Create a compelling market-facing strategy aligned with changing industry trends and customer pain points. - Engage and partner with technology vendors and platform providers to strengthen go-to-market value propositions. Qualifications & Competencies - 15-20+ years of experience in the IT Services industry with a significant focus on the insurance domain. - Minimum 5 years in client-facing sales leadership roles, handling strategic relationships and revenue accountability. - Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of at least $50 million USD. - Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding 15-20% YoY revenue growth. - Strong network in the insurance ecosystem with the ability to influence at the C-level. - Deep understanding of industry dynamics, transformation priorities, and solutioning needs across Insurance lines of business. - Experience managing globally distributed teams and working in offshore/onshore delivery models. - Entrepreneurial, high-energy mindset with the ability to lead teams and inspire growth.,
