Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Vertex Tax System Production Support Service Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience. The position is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide production support services for Vertex Tax Systems across different jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with indirect taxation laws, including Sales & Use Tax, VAT, GST, and Withholding Tax.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Offer expert guidance on Vertex Tax Calculation Rules to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Expertise in Indirect Taxation, including Sales & Use Tax, VAT, GST, and Withholding Tax.
Strong understanding of Vertex Tax Calculation Rules and their application.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with tax-related software and systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech.
