Job Description

You are being sought after to take on the role of Asst. Manager/ Manager/Sr. Manager in Business Development to drive the growth of the subscription sales business in Bangalore. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting potential clients, meeting sales targets, and managing input metrics and deliverables. - Developing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies. - Achieving revenue targets consistently to align with team/organizational objectives. - Managing client relationships and devising effective client strategies to enhance their business, thereby generating Cross/Up-sell Revenue for the company. - Building and overseeing outbound business development pipeline. - Identifying target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases. - Establishing best practices and operating procedures for lead conversion to sales. - Keeping abreast of market trends and issues impacting the Wedding industry and gathering competitor intelligence. - Driving the growth of the allocated markets. - Demonstrating a proven track record in closing end-to-end sales cycles, encompassing prospecting, solutioning, consulting, negotiating, and relationship management. In the key role, you will be responsible for: - Scaling up the market by delving deep. - Managing relationships with clients effectively. - Providing strategic thought leadership. - Conducting in-person meetings to engage with prospective clients. - Ensuring both retention and new acquisition of clients. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Experience in product-focused sales with an organized work approach. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers by understanding their requirements. - Solid business acumen and product expertise. - A consultative Tech-Product Selling Approach. - Previous exposure in Saas and Ad-sales. - Proficiency in Field Sales. Your skills should encompass end-to-end sales, business development, ad-sales, strategic planning, Saas sales, market analysis, client relationship management, interpersonal skills, revenue generation, product expertise, consultative selling, B2B acumen, and sales proficiency.,
