Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vendor Relations Specialist located in Pune. The Vendor Relations Specialist will manage day-to-day interactions with vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain process. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, overseeing vendor performance, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also involves maintaining communication with internal departments to coordinate purchasing requirements and support overall business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and vendor management experience
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service experience and ability to manage vendor relationships
• Working knowledge of MIS, excel, google spread sheet and similar softwares
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelors degree
