We are revolutionizing how workshops, garages, and vendors connect with customers through technology, trust, and transparency. --- Role Overview We are looking for energetic Vendor Onboarding Executives (Field) who will play a key role in expanding our vendor network. This is a field-based role that requires visiting workshops, garages, and automotive vendors to onboard them onto the BestFitment platform. --- Responsibilities Visit potential and existing vendors (garages, accessory shops, service providers). Explain BestFitment’s service model and assist vendors with registration. Collect vendor documents and ensure accurate onboarding data. Achieve monthly onboarding targets and drive vendor engagement. Report daily activities and progress to the operations team. --- Requirements Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing. Strong communication & convincing skills. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Self-motivated and target-driven individual. Basic knowledge of mobile apps & digital platforms (preferred). --- Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month Allowances: ₹3,000/month (Petrol + Mobile) Per Vendor Incentive: ₹100 – ₹150/vendor onboarded Target Bonus: up to ₹12,000/month based on performance 💰 Earning Potential: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000+/month Why Join Us?
