Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals. Ensure that purchasing activities are in line with the budget and company requirements. Coordinate and manage the purchasing process, including preparing purchase orders, managing supplier contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure that purchases are made within budget and to achieve cost savings. Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities. Work with the inventory management team to ensure stock levels meet operational requirements, without overstocking or understocking. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all procurement activities. Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure the timely and accurate procurement of goods and services. Monitor and manage supply chain risks, including potential disruptions, price fluctuations, and supplier performance.
