Job Description

✅ Procurement Process

Receive purchase requisitions from internal departments.
Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) and collect vendor quotations.
Evaluate quotations based on price, delivery, payment terms, and quality.
Negotiate terms and finalize purchase orders.

✅ Vendor Management

Identify and develop reliable suppliers.
Maintain approved vendor lists and records.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply issues.

✅ Inventory Coordination

Monitor stock levels and re-order as required to avoid shortages.
Coordinate with stores and warehouse for receipts and inspections.

✅ Documentation & Compliance

Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain purchase records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.

✅ Cost & Quality Control

Implement cost-saving measures through negotiation and alternate sourcing.
Work with Quality and Production teams to address non-conformance issues.

✅ Reporting

Generate regular reports on purchases, consumption, and vendor performance.
Assist in budget planning and spend analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
