Purchase Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services for our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of documentation
• Track and report key functional metrics to senior management
• Resolve supplier grievances and claims in a timely manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from engineering background
• Proven experience 2-3 years as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
