Role & responsibilities Identify the gap and coordinate with the partners to close the hiring within specified timelines. Connect with Asset/Site HRBPs regularly on AOP & BBD/Peak hiring. Collaborate with zonal partners managers for critical sites hiring. Good understanding of the critical sites and nuances of that location/area/region. Create a good pipeline and database of shortlisted candidates and migrants. Regular follow-ups with local recruiters/implants partners on the talent pool availability. Coordinate with Business Ops to expedite interviews and onboarding formalities. Maintain hiring trackers and publish reports. Mandatory: Hands on experience in bulk/volume hiring. Good understanding of vendor/partner management. Good stakeholder management. Exposure to the blue collar workforce market/industry. Vendor Management Team: 1. Bulk hiring or volume hiring of blue-collar workforce for Ekart business operations 2. Need to travel as per business requirements at last hour 3.
