Responsibilities Experience in upstream process engineering studies for Trim & Chassis projects (digital examination, 3D modelling & simulation, Operation sheet creation, process requirement checks) Digital validation. Perform parts trajectory study/ equipment examination / 3D simulation / 3D modelling / upstream process studies/operation sheet creation/process benchmarking/process requirement check etc., as per schedule following standard procedure. Do a self-quality check by following the quality check sheet. Track & record the daily progress of the activity. Make a recovery plan to meet the schedule in case of delays. Report to leader immediately in case of delay / blocking points & deviations Review results with the leader on a periodical basis, get feedback and do corrections. Prepare a report on lessons learnt for errors & prepare/redefine procedure for recurrence prevention. Participate in periodical review meetings with customers. Deliver output to the customer in the required format as per plan after getting the leader’s approval KPI management (QCT). Achieve FTR, OTD on weekly basis & project level. Root cause analysis & countermeasure for concerns/delays using QC story approach Prepare alliance procedure/manual for upstream process engineering activities (Alliance synergy) Process standardisation & standard work time reduction (Job efficiency improvement) Achieve KPIs of Quality of Management & Total Quality Management On-job training & multi-skill development to improve skill sufficiency to handle diversified tasks. Be an active participant in the proto build and Engineering trial builds , ensure right quality of process and parts. Should be able to carry out the line build activities and verify process as per standards, have knowledge of IE and part conformity.
