Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Veeva Vault solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Veeva Vault functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation of Veeva Vault configurations and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Veeva Vault implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Veeva Vault concepts and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with employment firms or recruitment services firms is preferred.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is an asset.
