5:30 pm to 1:30 am IST shift

Key Responsibilities:

Veeva Vault Configuration:

Configuring document types, object configurations, workflows, lifecycles, and security policies.

System Support:

Managing L2/L3 support activities, including incident, problem, and change management.

Performance Monitoring:

Ensuring optimal system performance, handling errors, and troubleshooting integrations.

RIM Module Expertise:

Utilizing Veeva Vault RIMS modules like Registrations, Submissions, Correspondence, and Commitments.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with the Veeva Vault admin console, security roles, permission sets, and Veeva support tools (MyVeeva, Vault Loader, VQL, Vault REST APIs).

Team Leadership:

Leading support teams and working within a multi-vendor global delivery model.

SDLC and Project Management:

Participating in the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and change control management.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Understanding regulatory processes, submissions, and compliance requirements.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with business stakeholders and end-users regarding issues and resolutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Veeva Vault Experience: Extensive experience with the Veeva Vault platform, particularly in the RIM area.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, SQL, and experience with databases and ETL tools.

Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory affairs and submission business processes.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Incident Management: Experience with incident and problem management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Veeva Admin Certification: Certification in Veeva Vault Administration.

GxP Experience: Experience in implementing and validating projects in GxP (Good Practices) regulated environments.

Integration Experience: Experience with API integrations like MuleSoft.

RIMS Implementation/Integration: Experience in RIMS implementation or integration projects.
