Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working closely with business users to identify and develop processes and procedures for the Veeva Vault System. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient implementation and maintenance of all system security and control procedures. As a Vault Subject Matter Expert, your expertise will be crucial in recommending enhancements in technical function and business utility. Collaboration with Business Partners for issue resolution and requirement gathering, and providing effort estimation will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop processes and procedures for the Veeva Vault System - Implement and maintain system security and control procedures - Recommend enhancements in technical function and business utility - Collaborate with Business Partners and Business Analysts for issue resolution and requirement gathering - Provide post-go-live administrative support, analyze new product releases, and maintain environments - Communicate information clearly and concisely to customers - Work with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams - Lead and manage projects effectively Qualifications Required: - Vault certification - Experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva Products - Experience with large project management and cloud implementations - Migration and Agile experience, familiarity with Agile tools like Jira - Scrum master certification (a plus) - Experience working with virtual teams and stakeholders at varying levels - Experience in the Life Sciences industry or regulated environments (a plus),
