Good understanding of Telecom frameworks like eTOM, TAM, SID, ODA, OpenAPIs. Should have hands-on experience creating High Level / Low Level Designs (HLDs / LLDs). Experience with requirements sizing, effort estimations, impact assessments andworking with cross functional teams. Providing design support to components, architects and testing teams during implementation of projects. Good experience in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns. Experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe) development methodologies. As a Lead in Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation, your primary responsibility will be to assess and perform due diligence on the existing financial business processes of clients running on another ERP system and its integrated applications. You will lead the Business Process Re-Engineering efforts to align with the future state processes in the Oracle Fusion Finance module. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of migrating the financial system from the current ERP to Oracle Fusion. Collaborating with business process owners, you will oversee the implementation of the respective modules based on requirements. You will play a crucial role in creating functional requirements and blueprints to guide the application configuration and design. Leading CRP sessions, configurations, and testing of all Oracle Finance sub-modules will be part of your core responsibilities. Contract To Hire(C2H) Role Oracle Subscriptions Management Cloud lead functional consultant is responsible for working closely with Clients to help them implement Oracle Cloud solutions and be the SME in Subscription Management. The ideal candidate should collaborate with our Clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions and support the implementation process to facilitate successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Implement Subscription Management module in Oracle Cloud ERP production systems. Gather and document business requirements, perform fit gap analysis and map to Oracle Cloud ERP application. Perform system configurations, create functional design documents, develop and document test scripts. Conduct requirement and design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops. Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live. Co-ordinate with the offshore functional and technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation. Mandatory Skills: At least 8+ years of Implementation Support experience in implementing Oracle ERP Applications. At least 2 Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations, working as a Subscription lead functional consultant. Excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. Hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed Base. Experience working with Oracle CPQ and Order Management Cloud. Must have good understanding of SaaS Extensions using Groovy, Algorithms, Application Composer.
