Skill: Varicent Developer

Experience: 4 to 13 Years

Location : AIA - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement incentive compensation plans within the Varicent platform.
Configure and customize Varicent modules, including data mapping and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent configurations and data integrations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Varicent ICM platform.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in developing and implementing incentive compensation plans using Varicent software.
Proficiency in SQL queries and Varicent scripting languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business rules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.
