TCS presents an excellent opportunity for "Varicent Developer" Job Title: Varicent Developer Location: Chennai, Hyderabad Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years Job Description: * Minimum 2 years of experience in enhancing and maintaining Varicent model. *Experience with Varicent ICM V10 is a plus. Responsibility / Expectations from: · Hand on experience in use of Varicent ICM modules (e.g.: Calculations, tables and imports, views, portal Access, task manager, and presenter report and webforms). · Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes preferably in pharmaceutical and health care industry. · Experience in designing, coding, testing and deploying Varicent ICM) components · Must have worked on both development of new incentive plan /implementation and maintenance of existing incentive plan with small enhancement and Bug Fixing · Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles. · Derive and understand business needs and document the findings.
