UX/UI Product Designer

We’re helping a partner recruit a UX/UI Designer who will create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our partner’s digital products. The partner company is a health-tech startup with a mobile app and web platform, and they want a designer who can make their interface not only beautiful but also easy to use for a diverse user base. In this role, you'll conduct user research and testing, design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and work closely with developers to implement design improvements that enhance user satisfaction. The job is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with a global product team, and it’s ideal for a user-centric designer who balances creativity with usability.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Create user personas, customer journey maps, and use cases to guide the design process and ensure empathy with end-users.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications that align with the product's goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and software developers to implement designs, providing assets, style guides, and support throughout the development cycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, continuously improving the user interface and experience to boost user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that showcases your process and design work for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions; ability to present and justify design choices to stakeholders.
• Good collaboration skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teams and iterating designs through feedback from users and colleagues.
• Keen attention to detail with a creative flair, balancing innovative design ideas with practical considerations for implementation and performance.
