Role Overview:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong e-commerce experience to improve user journeys, conversion rates, and overall customer experience on HerbsPro.com.

Key Responsibilities:

UX (User Experience)

- Analyze user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, and recordings

- Design user journeys for product discovery, checkout, and post-purchase

- Conduct usability testing and implement insights

- Improve CRO and reduce cart abandonment

UI (User Interface)

- Design homepage, category pages, PDPs, and checkout flows

- Maintain brand consistency and responsive design

- Create UI components, banners, and icons

Collaboration

- Work with Shopify developers, SEO, and marketing teams

- Share design specs and assets

- Support A/B testing initiatives

Required Skills:

- 3+ years UX/UI experience (e-commerce mandatory)

- Strong Shopify UX understanding

- Proficiency in Figma

- CRO, mobile-first, accessibility basics

- Strong portfolio with live e-commerce work

Good to Have:

- Health or supplement industry experience

- SEO-friendly UX knowledge

- Loyalty and subscription UX

- Basic HTML/CSS

KPIs

- Conversion rate improvement

- Reduced cart abandonment

- Improved mobile checkout success.
