UX/UI Designer

Design isn’t about looking pretty — it’s about knowing your user.

We’re looking for a UX/UI designer who doesn’t just design screens but understands how a user thinks, feels, and flows. You’ll work across a multi-product ecosystem — think apps, dashboards, websites, onboarding flows — and make sure every touchpoint just makes sense.

What You'll Do:

• Map the entire user journey across products, platforms, and contexts
• Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing to drive user-centric design
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that marry form and function
• Conduct user testing, usability audits, and refine flows based on insights
• Build scalable design systems that work across use cases

Who You Are:

• A thinker and a maker — you can zoom out to see the full journey and zoom in to design every detail
• Comfortable with multi-faceted digital products (e.g. SaaS, consumer apps, marketplaces)
• Fluent in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Familiar with user psychology, behavioral triggers, and design accessibility
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and defending your design decisions with logic
  

Bonus If You:

• Understand basic front-end development
• Have experience in A/B testing and CRO
• Worked in a fast-paced startup or product-led company
• 3-6 years of experience - (Or a fresher up for a challenge)
