UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications using

  Figma & Framer

  .
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive flows based on user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to turn concepts into functional designs.
• Build responsive designs using no-code/low-code platforms such as

  Webflow

  ,

  Framer

  ,

  EditorX

  , or

  Wized

  .
• Apply and evolve design frameworks and systems to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research, A/B tests, and usability evaluations to inform and iterate on design decisions.
• Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of digital work.
• Proficiency in

  Figma & Framer

  design systems, components, prototyping, and team collaboration features.
• Experience working with

  no-code platforms

  (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Dorik, Carrd, or similar).
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design choices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Maze, or Hotjar for research and feedback.
• Proficient knowledge of UX writing, accessibility, and conversion optimization principles.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products.
• Motion design knowledge (e.g., animations in Figma or Lottie) is a plus.
