Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with a strong command of Figma & Framer , design systems, and no-code platforms to bring digital experiences to life. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into seamless, intuitive interfaceswhile also building or supporting the deployment of designs using no-code tools. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications using Figma & Framer . Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive flows based on user journeys. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to turn concepts into functional designs. Build responsive designs using no-code/low-code platforms such as Webflow , Framer , EditorX , or Wized . Apply and evolve design frameworks and systems to ensure brand consistency and scalability. Conduct user research, A/B tests, and usability evaluations to inform and iterate on design decisions. Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: 35 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of digital work. Proficiency in Figma & Framer design systems, components, prototyping, and team collaboration features. Experience working with no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Dorik, Carrd, or similar). Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive user experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design choices. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with tools like Notion, Maze, or Hotjar for research and feedback. Proficient knowledge of UX writing, accessibility, and conversion optimization principles. Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products. Motion design knowledge (e.g., animations in Figma or Lottie) is a plus.
