Join our innovative and collaborative UX Design team—a team committed to simplifying and standardizing workflows across business units. We’re focused on designing intuitive, efficient digital products that enhance user experience and promote organizational digital maturity.
In this role, you’ll shape experiences that transform complex workflows into seamless journeys. You’ll collaborate with business and product stakeholders, leveraging research, prototyping, and iterative design to deliver value that aligns with organizational key outcomes.

A Unique Development Opportunity
As part of Ericsson’s Go Beyond program, this permanent role includes a 6-month secondment to another Global Functions team. This experience allows you to engage with functions such as operations, finance, or HR—expanding your network, understanding broader business needs, and enriching your design perspective. You’ll return to the UX team with expanded insights and a stronger voice in shaping strategic initiatives.
This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one—crafting experiences that simplify the complex and elevate digital maturity at Ericsson.
