As a UX Lead at Terrific Minds, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and design strategies for Enterprises & SMBs in BFSI, Logistics, HealthCare, and Retail domains. With 4+ years of experience, we are seeking an individual who can contribute their expertise to craft innovative and competitive workflows while maintaining a keen eye for detail. **Key Responsibilities:** - Think, analyze, strategize, and iterate to deliver end-to-end user experiences. - Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to meet client needs. - Design effort level scoping and ensure deliverables are of high quality and on time. - Apply strategic design thinking to solve real-world problems. - Emphasize usability, minimalism, and simplicity in design principles. - Mentor designers on latest design trends and maintain a positive team spirit. - Collaborate closely with Delivery leadership, Marketing, and internal stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Awareness of UX methodologies such as research, interviews, personas, and prototyping. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and motivate team members. - Good understanding of clients and users" needs. - Sense of humor and a positive attitude towards feedback and suggestions.
