UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Bhubaneswar

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

3. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

4. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

5. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continually enhance the user experience.

6. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

7. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

8. Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.

2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

3. Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing and persona development.

4. Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour, and layout.

5. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.

6. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not required).

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. A portfolio showcasing previous UX design work, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
