Job Title: UX Designer – Website Flowchart & Customer Journey Mapping Job Description: We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Website Mapping Specialist to create a complete website flowchart . The flowchart should capture all user touchpoints, navigation paths, and e-commerce journeys , and present them in a clear, structured, and professional way. Scope of Work: Analyze the entire website and list all pages (home, categories, products, cart, checkout, etc.). Map complete customer journeys, including: Login & account management Search & navigation Wishlist & add-to-cart Store locator Support & help flows Payment & checkout Create a visual flowchart in tools like Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar. Deliverables: Editable source file PDF export of the flowchart Short explanatory note describing the flow Requirements: Proven experience in website mapping, UX flow design, or customer journey visualization . Strong ability to present clear and structured user flows . Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, or Whimsical . Attention to detail to ensure all touchpoints and interactions are captured. Prior experience working on e-commerce or retail websites (preferred).
