Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX Designer based in Visakhapatnam. We're seeking a UX Designer to craft seamless, trustworthy, and delightful financial experiences. You'll define our design system from scratch and work hand-in-hand with engineers to bring it to life. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user feedback, and iterating on designs to create user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (preferably web apps)
• Proficiency with Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio showing data-heavy or fintech-style products
• Ability to balance simplicity, trust, and delight in financial UI
• Bonus: Motion design, micro-interactions, branding experience
