UX Designer

We are looking for UX Designers who is eager to apply design skills across a wide variety of projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys quick turnarounds, thrives on variety, and wants to see their work make an immediate impact. From shaping mock-ups for Power BI dashboards and modern web applications, to refining executive presentations and event visuals, you’ll help bring clarity and polish to how our work is experienced.

You’ll work closely with teams across the company, gaining exposure to different domains and project types. Along the way, you’ll use the latest AI-powered design tools to speed up workflows, spark creativity, and deliver with precision. This is a role where you’ll sharpen your skills every day while contributing to projects that are seen by customers, partners, and colleagues worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user experiences for Power BI reports, modern web applications, low-code apps (Power Apps, Power Pages), and presentation assets.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, visual mock-ups, and design guidelines that bring clarity and impact.
• Contribute to a consistent design language and standards that scale across platforms and use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and business teams to deliver high-quality designs on tight timelines.
• Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate workflows, explore new techniques, and push creative boundaries.
• Design high-visibility assets for executive meetings, customer demos, and global industry events.
• Balance speed with quality by iterating quickly, applying feedback, and solving design challenges with creativity and precision.
• Stay up to date with evolving design trends, frameworks, and technologies, applying them where relevant.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, New Media Design, or a related field from NID or NIFT.
•  Experience: 2–5 years in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing work across web, mobile, reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau), or low-code applications.

Design Expertise:

• Strong working knowledge of usability principles, design patterns, and user-centered design (UCD) methodologies.
• Proven ability to create interaction models, screen designs, wireframes, prototypes, task flows, and UI elements that enhance usability and optimize reporting experiences.
• Exceptional visual design skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Tools & Technologies:

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; XD for mock-ups and prototypes).
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) for ideation, rapid prototyping, and creative exploration.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain design decisions and processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to solicit, apply, and provide constructive feedback in cross-functional team settings.

• Self-managed, accountable, and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, request-driven environments.
• Comfortable balancing speed with quality to deliver impactful solutions considering business impact, user experience, and engineering feasibility.
