Job Description

Ensures that the UI development meets technical, customer and market requirements.
Works with Product Managers and senior UX designers to resolve issues.
Assists in conducting UX research (user or market), providing documentation and analysis of the results.
Designs and delivers UX wireframes, mockups and user stories.
Assists in testing and provides feedback on UX features.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Creativity.
Design and research experience required.
The ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to diverse audience and multiple levels within an organization.

Qualifications

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
High school diploma.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
