Job Description

Role: UX Designer Grade: 6-9 years Location: Bengaluru Job Description: Primary Skills: Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in digital product design. Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. A portfolio showcasing your work, including examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Secondary Skills: Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus, but not required. Ability to organize and structure content to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms. Experience planning and conducting usability testing sessions, analyzing results, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. Ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs meet business objectives and user needs. Responsibilities: Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines.
