We are seeking an exceptional User Experience Designer to create intuitive and innovative solutions for advertisers and Partners. This role is integral to the India Ads product team, focusing on designing seamless experiences for several India-first Products like Drona (account management product), Pi (Insights and Measurement product), and GenAI-based initiatives targeted to improve campaign effectiveness. The ideal candi will drive the user experience strategy and design for critical ads products, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. Youll work at the intersection of complex ads systems and user-centred design, creating solutions that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. Were looking for a passionate innovator who demonstrates: Strong sense of ownership Commitment to creating delightful, user-focused experiences Ability to translate complex ads requirements into intuitive designs Drive to deliver impactful solutions that scale across Advertiser and Partner base Translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience frameworks Design interfaces and interaction flows for voice experiences, mobile apps, and embedded screens Produce conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mock-ups, and interactive prototypes Create user-centred designs informed by market research, business goals, customer feedback, and usability study insights Lead design processes that refine strategy and elevate design within the organization Develop and maintain comprehensive user interface specifications Present design solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, gathering feedback to iterate and improve Collaborate with product team, engineering and data science teams to evaluate and optimize features About the team You will be part of the India Ads product team, reporting to the India Advertiser and Partner Experience product leader. This role will entail working across multiple products and defining/influencing design strategy for India-first initiatives. Bachelors degree 3+ years of design experience Have an available online portfolio Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, Axure, and Dreamweaver Experience in prototyping Experience in a highly agile environment Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners Experience working end-to-end with product and developer partners: defining problems and customer experience outcomes, building work-flows and evaluating prototypes.
