We are seeking an exceptional User Experience Designer to create intuitive and innovative solutions for advertisers and Partners. This role is integral to the IN Ads product team, focusing on designing seamless experiences for several India-first Products like Drona (account management product), Pi (Insights and Measurement product), and GenAI-based initiatives targeted to improve campaign effectiveness.The ideal candidate will drive the user experience strategy and design for critical ads products, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. You'll work at the intersection of complex ads systems and user-centred design, creating solutions that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.We're looking for a passionate innovator who demonstrates:. - Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of design experience- Have an available online portfolio- Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, Axure, and Dreamweaver- Experience in prototyping
- Experience in a highly agile environment
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs- Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners- . Experience working end-to-end with product and developer partners: defining problems and customer experience outcomes, building work-flows and evaluating prototypes.- .
