Utility Sr. Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee operation and preventive/corrective maintenance of utility systems including ETP, chillers, HVAC, compressors, boilers, and water treatment plants.

2. Monitor utilities performance parameters and ensure uninterrupted supply to production.

3. Maintain records of utilities performance, breakdowns, and energy consumption.

4. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical utility equipment.

5. Coordinate with Production, QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.

6. Ensure compliance with statutory norms related to EHS, pollution control, and safety.

7. Optimize energy usage and suggest improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.

8. Handle breakdowns swiftly to minimize production downtime.

9. Maintain inventory of spare parts that are required for maintenance purpose of utility equipment.

10. Support audits, inspections, compliance and internal reviews of utilities department when required by firm.

11. Train and guide junior staff/technicians in utility operations and plant safety practices.

Skills Required

· Strong knowledge of utilities operations and maintenance in FMCG/plant environments.

· Hands-on experience in handling ETP, chillers, HVAC, compressors, boilers, and related systems.

· Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and safety standards.

· Ability to analyse energy usage and suggest efficiency improvements.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

· Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience

· Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in utilities management within FMCG/ manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
