Utilities Manager

Job Title: Associate Utilities Manager

Location: Agristo Masa Pvt. Ltd., Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh

Reports to: Technical Manager Maintenance

Role Overview:

You’ll lead the Utilities function, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of plant systems — including Boilers (Biomass), Ammonia Refrigeration, HVAC, Water Treatment, RO, and Air Compressors.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all utility systems.

🔹Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.

🔹Monitor and optimize utility consumption (water, electricity, fuel).

🔹Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms.

🔹Lead and train the utilities team for continuous improvement.

🔹Maintain records, generate performance reports, and support cost control initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

🔹5+ years’ experience in utility management (preferably food processing/manufacturing).

🔹Strong hands-on knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, and HVAC.

🔹Expertise in energy management, compliance, and team leadership.

🔹Excellent communication and analytical skills.
