Utilities Manager

As a Manager Utility at Vikram Solar in Falta, West Bengal, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end utility operations at the plant. Your primary focus will be to ensure the optimal functioning and maintenance of HVAC Systems, Air Compressors & Chillers, 33KV Electrical Installations, and UPS Systems. It will be crucial for you to drive energy efficiency, uptime, and system reliability while collaborating with cross-functional departments for seamless operations. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental standards. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in managing large-scale utility operations and possess in-depth technical expertise in Electrical Utility Systems, particularly in manufacturing/industrial setups. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and crisis management skills will be essential to effectively fulfill the responsibilities associated with this position.
