Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced USI Manager to lead our Office of Confidentiality and Privacy OCP Portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience managing confidentiality and privacy.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance on confidentiality and privacy best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations and laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools to measure performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members.
