Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to expand the agency network
Conduct training and orientation programs for agents on products, processes, and sales techniques
Mentor and coach agents to enhance their skills and sales performance
Support agents in achieving individual and team sales targets
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve productivity
Collaborate with agents to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key clients
Resolve issues and provide guidance to agents on compliance, process, and operational matters
Ensure high levels of agent engagement and satisfaction
Ensure agents adhere to regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards
Maintain accurate records of agent performance, activities, and reports
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management
Work closely with branch managers, marketing, and operations teams
Assist in implementing promotional and marketing campaigns to support agent sales
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions organized by the organization
