User Flow expertise (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless navigation and user interaction within the application. Strong understanding of design systems, crucial for maintaining consistency across various product components. Excellent prototyping skills to transform conceptual ideas into interactive and realistic mock-ups. Strong visual design skills that reflect aesthetic judgment and attention to detail in crafting interfaces. Add skills like Spiderman to bring creativity to the design. Experience in conducting user research to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors. Good communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with the team. Attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and an excellent user experience in every aspect of the product. Essential skill: Strong ability to communicate and engage effectively with customers. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create user interfaces that enhance user experience. Design intuitive user flows and wireframes to support seamless interaction across platforms. Assist in the development and maintenance of the design system and style guides. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Create high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and user interactions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data. Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative concepts into the product.
