User Experience Researcher

As a Product Designer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business problems, translating UX research into user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for design-centered changes. You will also be required to develop essential UX artifacts and communicate user experiences effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gain a deep understanding of business problems to create contextually relevant design solutions. - Transform UX research insights into exceptional user experiences, guiding design from initial concept to final implementation. - Collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of user needs and provide creative solutions. - Develop UX artifacts such as concept maps, wireframes, storyboards, task flows, and design specifications. - Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. - Advocate for design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in HCI, product design, or related field with an emphasis on human-centered design and user experience. - 4-5 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX) Design and Research. - Experience in designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams. - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in fundamental visual & interaction design principles. - Strong understanding and expertise in Figma and/or other prototyping tools.
