User Experience Manager

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer (Manager) at Intellect Design Arena Limited, you will champion the principles of usability and user-centered design in the banking sector. You will collaborate closely with project teams to gather requirements through user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development Leads, and stakeholders to define business requirements aligned with the user experience. - Collaborate with other UX designers to develop user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps with proper branding and style guidance. - Develop visually rich mock-ups and UI assets following style guide standards. - Define UX design strategies for each product and recommend modern navigation solutions. - Create and maintain UX design specifications, revise designs based on user feedback, and continuously improve designs based on research and technical constraints. Qualifications Required: - Graduate Degree/Diploma in Art/Architecture/Engineering/Design or related discipline. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, UX Design, or related field. - Expertise with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Invision. - Strong understanding of user research and responsive web design principles. - Experience in designing for mobile and desktop platforms, knowledge of HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, .net, React, and Angular will be beneficial.
