User Experience Manager

As a User Experience Design Lead at Newgen, you will be responsible for designing experiences of Newgen products and applications to enhance productivity and business value. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the User Experience for a large and complex B2B product, involving planning, monitoring activities, and overseeing deliverables such as Information Architecture and Task-mapping. - Adapting design based on Analytics and User feedback to ensure alignment with business needs and technology aspects. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to validate and translate product expectations. - Taking products to the next level through research and development, working closely with interaction designers, visual designers, engineering team, and product owners. Your skill set should include: - Knowledge of technology's impact on design feasibility, web, and mobile platform capabilities. - Managing and mentoring a team of Researchers, Designers, and Graphic Designers. - Creating and maintaining design systems for product consistency. - Tracking and managing multiple projects with attention to detail. - Conducting regular design reviews and ensuring seamless collaboration with technical teams using Agile methodologies. - Being a design evangelist internally and externally, and contributing to the hiring of designers. - Hands-on experience with design tools, design methods, and processes. - Awareness of B2B design patterns and their application in various contexts. - Collaborating with stakeholders to determine business requirements and convert them into design opportunities. - Communicating the importance of User Experience practices across the organization. - Understanding of BFSI space is advantageous. - Demonstrating strong, creative, out-of-the-box thinking in the evolving B2B/enterprise space. Qualifications and experience required: - Bachelor's to Advanced Degree in Technology/Design or relevant certification from a reputed design institute. - 12-15 years of design experience with 5+ years in Enterprise/B2B industry. - Experience working in B2B space with a good grasp of enterprise UX methodologies. - Leadership experience managing a team of at least 10 designers.,
