Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in visual design, an eye for aesthetics, and a curiosity about user behavior in financial applications. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and user needs

Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications

Apply visual design principles rooted in fine arts to create clean, engaging UI

Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs

Maintain consistency in design standards across all digital touchpoints

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, especially within fintech and digital banking

Required Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic creativity and UI/UX thinking

Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking principles

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus, but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field

Internship or project experience in fintech or financial platforms (nice to have)

Interest in digital finance, personal banking, or investment platforms
