What Were Looking For:
4+ years of experience in web and mobile app design.
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
A keen eye for modern, minimalist, and user-centric designs.
Strong expertise in UX principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and an iterative design approach based on user research.
Excellent communication skills.
What You will Do:
Design seamless and engaging user experiences using wireframes and prototypes.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business goals into intuitive designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve design effectiveness.
Ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
Develop and maintain a design system for enhanced workflow and brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
