Job Description

As User Environment Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to the teams success by:

Providing resolution of complex IT incidents and problems.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive operational guides and documentation.
Creation, testing, and management of effective core OS application deployments.
Leading client patch management efforts.
Serving as a subject matter expert in Configuration Manager and Intune endpoint operations.

Technical Mastery:

Our ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in enterprise-level IT support, demonstrating proficiency in the following areas:

Mastery of the Microsoft Windows desktop platform.
In-depth operational knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Expertise in Microsoft Intune for desktop and mobile operations.
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Advanced skills in Active Directory and Group Policy configuration and management.
Extensive experience in desktop application and patch delivery through SCCM.
Strong expertise in hardware and driver support.
Advanced skills in Operating System Deployment, including SCCM Task Sequence & AutoPilot support operations.
