Job Description

Strong experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
Comprehensive UAT/SIT testing experience of Oracle HCM configurations/customizations, identifying and resolving issues before system go-live.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with automated testing tools and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
Articulate the impact of Redwood on any functionality, including FRICE components, personalization, or related areas.
Regulatory changes or familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
Describe a single end-to-end business process from any functional module.
Experience with UAT to transactional execution and management, with involvement in planning, setup, or test design activities.
