User Acceptance Testing Analyst

You are invited to join Zelis Healthcare as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of healthcare or financial platforms. With 4 to 8 years of experience in UAT, QA, or related testing roles, you will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to create and execute UAT test cases. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement detailed UAT test plans and scenarios, identifying and documenting defects and ensuring end-to-end business workflows and system integration are validated. Your expertise in SQL, strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, and hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or TestRail will be essential for this role. Your excellent documentation and communication skills will help in providing daily updates, reporting blockers early, and supporting business users during UAT cycles. Working in a secure clean room environment, you will ensure compliance with data confidentiality guidelines and adhere to strict security and compliance protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience with Healthcare or FinTech systems, possess the ability to work under minimal supervision, and effectively manage multiple tasks. Additionally, availability to work in time-sensitive and regulated testing windows is required for this position.
