About the Role:

US Taxation and Audit processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review

  US Individual (1040), Corporate (1120/1120S), and Partnership (1065)

  tax returns.
• Assist in

  US GAAP audits

  including preparation of working papers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Perform

  tax research

  and stay current with IRS regulations and updates.
• Support clients with

  tax planning and advisory

  services.
• Liaise with US-based teams and clients for queries, clarifications, and document requests.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all tax and audit-related tasks.
• Work with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  US Taxation and/or Audit

  (preferably with exposure to busy seasons).
• Proficiency in

  tax software

  such as CCH Axcess, Lacerte, UltraTax, or Drake.
• Strong understanding of

  US GAAP and IRS compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Prior experience in

  outsourced accounting/tax firms

  serving US clients is preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

• CPA / EA qualification (completed or in progress) will be an advantage.
• Experience working with

  US CPA firms

  or offshore accounting companies.
• Strong commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
